Our World New Again

We have been here before,
haven’t we?
It tugs at the soul,
Draws me straight in
And I gaze for so long,
contemplating all this before me
The parts I can make out
from the hidden corners of heart
And those awash in mystery,
beguiling, welcoming me anyway,
So that I feel at home
Even in my uncertainty
Knowing I can close my eyes,
And find what I’ve been seeking. – TS
